We believe that the scrolling issue you are experiencing is caused by an incorrect setting. Unfortunately we cannot check your settings as there is no slider included to your site. In any case, please navigate to the Slider Settings -> Layout tab and change the 'Clip slide transition' option to 'do not hide'. This should solve the problem.
