Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. We are sorry but we can only provide support in English.
We believe that the scrolling issue you are experiencing is caused by an incorrect setting. Unfortunately we cannot check your settings as there is no slider included to your site. In any case, please navigate to the Slider Settings -> Layout tab and change the 'Clip slide transition' option to 'do not hide'. This should solve the problem.
Please let us know if this was the source of the problem and if not show us a test page where we can see the slider in question.
