I have created a slider for my home page, in only one single slide i have set a background image whit strech size, in preview mode i see the streched image correctly, but when i see the slider into my home page the image is not streched.
NOTE: for example, if i set "contain" size i see the image correctly
In this case the problem will be most likely related to your theme overwriting the plugin's settings in some way. But unfortunately without seeing it we cannot tell for sure. Please show us your site with the slider where we can check this.

There was a similar issue in an earlier version of LayerSlider and we have already released a fix for it.
Which version of the plugin do you use currently ? I'd recommend updating to the newest release which is 6.1.

We were able to check your site and locate the problem. We are going to include a fix for this to the upcoming release.
In the meantime you can use the cover and other background options if you want to fill the whole slide.
