I have several issues, which I thought would be resolved if I paid for an upgrade, but some of them have actually become worse:

    1. The styles that I define for the text on my slides do not display consistently or properly. If you look at my website, you may see that the first slide overlaps the two lines of text – but it's intermittent. Furthermore, I have set the font weight to 900 but it doesn't display that way.

    2. The second slide is a complete mess, and I don't know how to fix it. It displays properly at the back end, but it gets all mushed up when it is published. The fontweight is inconsistent, the type is too large, the line breaks are weird.

    3. By the way, how can I reduce the width of a line without reducing the font size? I want the type to wrap, not become smaller.

    4. I am also having an issue with the video. The matter what I do, the video starts playing automatically. I have turned this feature off on YouTube side and in the dashboard. In addition, the controls display for a couple of seconds and then go away, even though I have specified – again in YouTube and in the dashboard – that the controls be shown.

    Thank you for your help.

One correction: the video controls do work. The big problem with the video – a major problem! – is that the video begins automatically.

    Hey jaymitchell108,

    1. + 2. Unfortunately without seeing the back-end and what the slider should look like, we cannot really tell what is wrong exactly. Please provide us with screenshots of the slider preview or set up a temporary WP login so we can take a look.

    3. You will need to add a width value to the text layer and also enable the word-wrap option.

    4. To stop the video autoplay you need to navigate to the Slider Settings and disable the Automatically play videos option in the Videos tab. And also make sure that the relevant video layer inherits this setting in the Video/Audio content tab.
