Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Dear Support-Team,

for some time now I have serious troubles with my text backgrounds in my v6 sliders for Wordpress. All the semi-transparent text background seem to have some kind of strange position offset. They now appear somewhat too much above and to the left and do not scale correctly to fill out the background behind the text. Please have a look at the attached screenshots and the slider at https://www.young-economic-summit.org/ .

When I work within the editor mode of the slider everything appears to be just perfect.

When I look at the result and even in the "timeline" preview the problem appears.

This is happening across browsers and with different text settings. I am now totally lost and have to open a support ticket for this issue.

Thank you very much for your time and effort put into this great product.

Im am very much looking forward to your professional expertise here.
    All the best, Kai

    Hey Kai,

The problem is caused by the incorrect value of the border attribute. '12' in itself is not valid, you will also need to add a color code to it. The padding is set up properly, it does not need to be changed.
