Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I recently purchased a license for Layerslider so that I could upgrade the version that came with the theme I was using.  After upgrading my slider is extending off the screen instead of staying inside the borders that were defined. See the screenshot or go to the related URL to see what I'm talking about.

    Hey Gonzo1982,

You are using the fullwidth mode, this layout is forcing the slider edge-to-edge.

In case you are planning to create a 'boxed' page layout, it is recommended to use the normal reponsive mode instead.

It doesn't matter what I change the setting to, it still does the stretched view.  I've had it set to responsive and have defined the width and height.

As we can see the slider is still in fullwidth mode. Most likely there is some kind of caching in your installation preventing the changes you have made from going live.

Please check if you or your theme is using any caching plugins or solutions.
