    Dear support.

I am trying to place my website on a different hosting.
on the old url/hosting :http://www.1opgoogle.nl/randori/ it works perfectly fine.
but on the new hosting (url placed in related url) it doesnt work at all. only when i deactivate this plugin will it actualy open. (ill place a screenshot of what that looks like) but it shows some pictures and then just shortcodes and text.

ive been hammering on this for a few days now and i have no idea how to fix this. i even purchased the plugin again cause the old web builder didnt want to give his product code to me. i tried to change the htaccess file trying to fix it like that but nothing works.

I use the theme Bridge and I've also browsed in their support files and i saw a few tickets there aswell concerning problems between bridge and layerslider.

hoop to hear from you soon.

    Hey Rick,

I do not see any sliders or LayerSlider itself being used or even installed/activated on your site at the moment: http://protagonisttest2.nl/randori/

Have you removed it in the meantime ? In case yes, where can we check this error exactly ?

I have tried to access the site again but it won't load at all this time. Is there a server or other problem happening at the moment that could prevent us from seeing the domain ?

well that seems to be the problem if i activate the plugin thats the result.

if you want i could give you the login info so you could see it from the inside

LayerSlider itself cannot ruin a whole site, there are no methods in it that would be able to achieve this.

Yes, please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can look into this further. Also make sure that you set the next message private so others can't see the login crendetials.

can you see my private message??

  • [deleted] replied

    Hey Rick,

Yes, we can see it but unfortunately we are not able to login. Once we try to access the admin login page we get the following error:

    "Forbidden

You do not have permission to access this document.

    Web Server at protagonisttest2.nl"

    my apologies

i altered the rights you should be able to log in now :)

We have logged in and looked around but we did not find any relation between LayerSlider and this issue. As I've mentioned there is no method in the plugin that could cause this.

Please enable the WP debug mode and check if there is any error message. In case you do not see any, please check the server logs for errors as well.

Also, please check if you are using any custom .htaccess files that could conflict.

It is also recommended to do a clean install of the plugin.
