Hi, my LayerSlider is not appearing on certain browsers since the recent update. I exported the slider before the update and then re-imported it to the new version, as advised by Bridge theme support. I then deleted the slider and recreated it from scratch and it still doesn't work.
I have just bought the LayerSlider plugin directly so that I can get support with this problem - please help!
Unfortunately we have had several issues with Bridge theme recently, but if you show us your site or a test page with the slider we can check what's wrong.
We have checked your site and for us the slider is appearing in all major browsers (we used Firefox, IE11, Edge, Chrome, Safari and Opera for testing). Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
Thanks for your reply. I have disabled a few options in the Bridge theme such as the page transitions and loading animation, please could you check again and see if that Ajax navigation error is still appearing and I'm not sure how to. Thanks very much
Hi, the LayerSlider has stopped loading again, please could you help urgently as this is the main banner on my client's website! Some new JS errors are attached.
As I can see the slider is loading properly at the moment, I do not see the JS error either.
In any case, the JS error on your screenshot is the one that I was referring to at the start of our conversation. It is generated in the Bridge theme files and causing the displaying issues with LayerSlider.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ? Did a theme update resolve it ?

The slider is still not loading consistently. I have attached a screenshot showing from errors from one of the times it did not load for me.

We were able to reproduce the issue, it is caued by the ajax navigation that your theme is using. It fails with a JS error and causes this problem.
Please check if you can find an "ajax navigation" option in your theme settings, disabling it should solve this issue.
