Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

We got the layer slider with the Tour Package theme. Layer Slider does not work for Google Chrome users. The Layer Slider is also twice as a table in our database, which table we can erase from the database? Both tables use a lot of data. Layer Slider is also among the other plugins on our website, formerly Layer Slider was under the theme settings. We have had various experts, but they have no solution to the problem. We also want to import a Layer Slider template, this is also not possible. Can you solve our problem?

    Hey Joel stoppels,

Please show us your site or a test page where we can check the slider with the problem.

    Hi Attila,

Thanks for your message. This is our website: www.battlefieldtours.nu If you require login details we can provide these. Perhaps this is easier.

    Kind regards,

    Joel

We have checked your site on multiple installations and the slider is working properly for us in Chrome. What exactly is the problem you're experiencing ?

The plugin only uses one database: wp_layerslider, or in case of a multisite installation it marks the subsites with different IDs such as wp_2_layerslider and so on.

The import method might be interfered with incorrect folder names. If the plugin was not installed in the standard folder with the standard foldername it could case problems like this. Your theme might have changed them, so please remove and reinstall the plugin, it should solve this issue. Your sliders are stored in the database so they will not be deleted in the process. You can also find installation instruction in the documentation if needed.
