I signed up for a premium subscription basically to save time on a project and download a specific template that was visually close to what I wanted to build. However, I’m unable to import any templates; I’m getting the attached error. I thought it might be a hosting issue (after adjusting memory, limits, etc.), but since I was determined to get this sorted out over the weekend, I set up an account with another provider—Hostinger—and the same problem persists. Are you experiencing any instability with template imports, or is this a different kind of issue that’s occurring across two different hosts?
The template I’m trying to download is "Luxury Resorts," but I’ve tested others as well, and they all result in the same error. However, when I test some from WebShortWorks, they work fine.
If there isn't a quick fix, is there any way you could send me the template as a .zip file so I can import it?
