We’re not sure yet what could be causing this issue, but please update LayerSlider to the latest version first, which we released today. This may resolve the template browser and preview issues you’re experiencing.
After updating, please check whether the templates become available and whether the slider previews appear correctly on the Dashboard.
After plugin re-install and license key added, In Browse Templates - i recieve a templates not available. message. Tried clearing cache.
Also on the main Dashboard the example layersliders (e.g., home slider blue, etc.) are just gray boxes no preview

It still isn't connecting even after update to 8.3.0.
I started a new project slider using blank and I am able to see that preview. I really would like to use the templates since just learning.
I'll try maybe uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin if that might help.
