Based on the code you sent, this does not appear to be a LayerSlider issue. The shortcode shown there belongs to a Divi module/plugin:

[dipl_image_card_carousel ...]

LayerSlider shortcodes usually look like this:

[layerslider id="..."]

So it seems that the content that is not rendering after the update is a Divi Image Card Carousel module, not a LayerSlider slider.

I would recommend checking the Divi module/plugin that provides the dipl_image_card_carousel shortcode, making sure it is updated and compatible with your current WordPress/Divi version. You may also want to contact the developer of that plugin/module, as they should be able to help with this specific shortcode rendering issue.
