Please select the layer first, then in the right sidebar go to Layer → Transitions.
Open the transition selector — it’s the blue header — then select the Text Transition you want to disable. Under the transition name, you’ll find a toggle button that you can use to turn it off.
If you have a specific animation or effect in mind, feel free to send me an example or describe what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll be happy to guide you through the exact settings step by step.
Also, many transition settings are easier to understand by experimenting directly in the editor, since you can immediately preview the result and fine-tune the timing, easing, opening, ending, loop, and hover transitions visually.
I set up layer text transitions a while back. I see now that the UI has changed. I want to turn off the text transition but don't know hos.
