    We’re sorry for the frustration.

    You purchased a subscription license, which renews automatically every year. We also send multiple email reminders in advance about the upcoming renewal.

    If you are certain that you are no longer using the product, please confirm that in your reply, and we will of course refund the latest charge for you.
