Since the slider works correctly in the editor but not on the published page, and it also works fine on your other site, this is most likely caused by a performance/optimization setting on this website.
As you’re using LiteSpeed Cache, the most likely cause is JavaScript optimization, especially options such as delayed or deferred JavaScript loading. These kinds of settings can prevent LayerSlider from initializing properly on the front end.
Please try the following in LiteSpeed Cache:
Temporarily disable Delay JS
Also check Defer JS and other JavaScript optimization options
Purge all caches afterward
If that fixes the issue, then one of those optimization settings is the cause, and LayerSlider will need to be excluded from that optimization.
This slider does not work when published , it works while editing https://portlandelectricians.net/
My other main site it works great. https://pacificnwelectric.com/
