You can use a WordPress plugin to add custom fonts, for example Use Any Font.
Once you upload and register the font in that plugin, it will automatically appear in LayerSlider’s font selector. After that, you can simply choose the font inside LayerSlider just like any other built-in font, and use it on your text layers.
