Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     I purchased the updated layerslider plug in. I downloaded the file. I registered the license but I cannot find the installable zip file. Please help.

    Hi Jamila,

    The file you downloaded is the installable zip file — you don’t need to extract or unzip it.

    Simply upload that exact zip in WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, and it will install correctly.

    It won't upload. There don't seem to be any installable files included.

    Hi Jamila,

    I understand the confusion, but please rest assured: the ZIP file you downloaded is the installable plugin file. There is no separate folder inside and you should not extract or open it.

    Just download the ZIP and upload that exact file in
    WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
