How do i make a manually payment in my Kreatura account (not Fast Spring)? I'm getting repeated emails from "Spring Fast.com" in which each email provides an embedded link for me to make payment. I don't trust the link.
In the current scam prone environment, I'm not comfortable providing sensitive information via unsolicited emails and links that I can't verify.
Can you provide options? The due date for my subscription was 20 November 2025.

We sell LayerSlider exclusively through FastSpring, so it’s not possible to make a direct manual payment to us. FastSpring is one of the world’s largest and most trusted payment processors, and all subscription renewals and billing are handled securely through their system — so you can safely rely on them.
However, the domain “SpringFast.com” does look unusual to me. Our legitimate renewal emails always come from FastSpring, not from “Spring Fast”. Could you please double-check the sender address and the link in the email? If you can confirm the exact email/domain it came from, we can verify whether it’s authentic.
