George's response to the original ticket would not allow me to update the ticket #4497774. 

I have attached a screen file of what I see in the transition panel. I selected the button and then selected the transition icon in the panel per your instructions. I do not see a "hover" option. I thought it might be the "style properties" area. But when I changed those values, the hover effect shows in the preview but not on the published project. I have cleared all cache in browser and on the server. What am I missing? I just want the button background color to be solid white when it is hovered and transparent on the inactive state.
