Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hi! I am unable to update our plugin. I bought a new license and still unable to update or to download the updated one. Help please :)

    Thanks for reaching out. Could you please share a bit more detail about what exactly happens when you try to update or download LayerSlider? For example, do you see any error messages, or does nothing happen at all? Also, are you updating through WordPress or trying to download the plugin file from your account page?

    The more details you can provide, the easier it will be for us to pinpoint the issue and help you resolve it quickly.
