Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have a couple of hopefully quick questions:

Can you add a master slide layer? so you can maybe add some text that's always there on the screen nomatter what slide you are on.

    and,

When adding a text box, is there a way i can change the size of the text box without affecting the size of the text within? everytime i use the text box handes to chnage the width of the text box it makes the text enlarge or shrink

    Thanks

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your questions!

    1. Master Slide Layer: Yes, you can create layers that stay visible across all slides. To do this, select the layer you want to keep visible, go to the right sidebar under Layers > Transitions, scroll down to Additional Settings, and set the “Keep this layer visible” option to Forever. This will make the layer stay on screen throughout the entire slider.

    2. Resizing Text Boxes: When resizing a text layer using the mouse, it will scale the text as well. To change the size of the text box without affecting the text size, you should manually set the width and height under Layers > Style > Size & Positions. This way, the dimensions of the text box will change, but the text size will remain the same.
