How do I remove the product?

thank you yes I would have thought so also however layer slider is not among the plug-ins section. Perhaps it came from our website designer when she sold us the bundled Enfold Wordpress theme?
In any event I noticed a button at the bottom of one of the layer slider pages “reset plug-ins or “reset all“ and I took a chance and hit that button and it seems to have reset layer slider to brand new configuration and I put in the Serial number and the product upgraded to premium just fine thanks so much
Yes, that’s correct — the Enfold theme includes LayerSlider by default, but it’s integrated in a non-standard way, which is why it doesn’t appear in the regular Plugins section.
