Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I bought the new layerslider. I use Flywheel for my Wordpress site. They updated the plugin but it still shows outdated.

    Hello Eric,

Thanks for reaching out! Even though you've purchased and updated the LayerSlider plugin, Flywheel's plugin dashboard might still show it as outdated. This can happen due to one of the following reasons:

    Flywheel's plugin list caching

Flywheel often caches plugin status in their dashboard. Even after a plugin is updated, the “Update Available” message might persist for a while. It usually clears within a few hours or after a server cache flush.

    What you can do:
    1. Verify the version:
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Installed Plugins and check the LayerSlider version directly there.
If it shows 7.15.0, then the update was successful.

    2. Force a refresh in Flywheel:
Go to Advanced → Flush cache in your Flywheel dashboard.
Alternatively, contact Flywheel support and ask them to refresh plugin data for your site.

    3. Manual update fallback:
If the plugin still doesn't update, you can manually download the latest version from our account page and install it manually.
