Hello Albert,
How are you?
Thank you very much for getting in touch.
Our products function well, and don't contain any in-built flaws or bugs.
However, the functionality of our products also depends on your hosting settings and proper usage.
If you have followed the steps my colleague has shared with you via the WP forum, then as he further advised, you need to take this problem to your hosting provider support: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/logo-missing-on-tablet-and-phone-theme-oceanwp/
#1 Lots of website accessed are not loaded due to the Mixed Content error on your website - this is related to the SSL certificate for your website, not our products.
#2 Your logo and some other assets are being loaded form an unknown URL, and that's the reason they're not displayed on your website. The problem could be in your WP settings, your database or your server - but it's unrelated to OceanWP.
#3 Check the screenshots below and contact your hosting provider for support.
In short, the problem you are experiencing is not related to OceanWP, and you need to reach out to your hosting provider support in order to get this resolved. This problem doesn't only influence the logo or other assets appearance, but also influences your website's functionality.
When you fix the problem, ensure to upload NEW logos to your Media Library, then select all logos from the Customizer again.
Hope this helps.
Should you have any more questions about our plans or products, please feel free to ask.
Have a wonderful day.
Best regards,
Marko
Based on the information you’ve provided and the feedback from OceanWP, we can confirm that the issues you’re experiencing are not related to LayerSlider. Mixed content errors and missing assets typically stem from incorrect WordPress or server settings, not from the slider itself.
As a first step, please make sure that both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under Settings > General in your WordPress admin dashboard are using the HTTPS protocol.
If the problem persists after verifying this, we recommend installing a plugin like SSL Insecure Content Fixer, which is specifically designed to resolve mixed content issues and can be very effective in situations like this.
You’re welcome, I’m glad I could help. Out of curiosity, were you eventually able to resolve the issue It certainly sounds like a challenging situation — I hope things are moving in the right direction.
Let me know if there’s anything else I can assist you with.

Thank you, George.
This really helps backing up my case against the provider that is trying to sell me an care plan. They try anything to defend themselves.

Albert
