Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi. Am trying to use the 'Zen Garden' template as the starting point for my project but am a bit confused at how Layerslider imports it as separate 'projects' within a 'group'. I have used quite recent versions of Layerslider in the past and don't remember this being the case.
How can I import the entire template which functions as it does in the demo - so I can then just change images and content to suit my needs?
Many thanks - Andrew
Hello Andrew,
Thanks for your message!
The Zen Garden template is structured as a Project Group containing multiple individual slider projects. This setup allows for modular design and easier editing of each section.
To see the entire template as it appears in the demo, you can create a new page in WordPress and embed each of the sliders (projects) sequentially on that page. That way, they’ll appear together as a complete layout, just like in the demo.
However, in the editor, each part will still open as a separate project, which is expected — that’s how you can edit and manage them individually.

Hi George
Thanks for that.
By the time I noticed your reply I had moved on and used the 'Fragrance Fantasy' template instead.
This behaves more in keeping with what I'm used to and has a nice amount of motion in it.
If I were to use a short looping video clip on one of the slide layers what is the best format to use?
Thanks again - Andrew
Hello Andrew,
I suggest h.264 codec and mp4 format.
