    Hello LayerSlider Support Team,

    I hope you’re well. I purchased a one-year license for LayerSlider 7 (Order ID: KREATURA250512-8458-26129, Purchase Date: Monday, 12 May 2025 at 10:06) with the expectation that I could implement a bespoke “pixel-perfect” carousel layout, featuring:

    • Three slides of differing fixed widths (748 × 398 px for the first slide, 452 × 398 px for the next two) with exactly 44 px spacing between them.

    • Navigation arrows positioned outside the slider container at precise coordinates (231 px from the top, offset –80 px left/right).

    • A gradient overlay and text layers aligned consistently via the UI.

    Despite extensive effort and consultation of the documentation, I have been unable to achieve these fundamental requirements within the LayerSlider 7 interface. Key limitations include:

    1. Fixed Slide Widths: The editor only supports full-width slides; it does not allow assigning different pixel-exact widths to individual slides.

    2. Arrow Positioning: There is no way to position or style the prev/next arrows exactly as specified without deep CSS overrides that conflict with the plugin’s core behavior.

    3. Gradient & Layer Controls: The built-in gradient overlay and layer positioning controls do not offer the precision needed for my design.

    Because these capabilities are essential for my project and LayerSlider cannot accommodate them out of the box, I kindly request a full refund of my purchase. Please let me know if you need any further information (e.g. copy of the invoice or transaction details) to process this refund.
