Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you. I sincerely appreciate your patience while we worked to get back to you.

This type of error definitely shouldn't occur. I've tested LayerSlider with both WPBakery Page Builder and Visual Composer. Please note that we don't have a license for Visual Composer, so while I could confirm basic functionality, I couldn't fully test the dedicated "Kreatura Slider" element that Visual Composer provides. That element is actually maintained by the Visual Composer team (not by us), so if the issue is related to that specific component, it may be worth reaching out to them as well.

In my tests, everything worked as expected, and I wasn't able to reproduce the error on my end.

To better assist you, could you please clarify a few details:
    1. Which plugin and exact version are you using (WPBakery Page Builder vs. Visual Composer)
    2. How are you trying to insert your slider? Are you using the dedicated Visual Composer element, the WordPress widget, or inserting a shortcode manually?
Any extra details will help us investigate this more quickly.

Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to your reply!

    Best Regards,
    John | Kreatura Dev Team
