    I recently noticed that my credit card was automatically charged for the renewal of my "LayerSlider for WordPress" subscription (Order Reference: KREATURA250427-6116-28141B). I was unaware that this was set up as an annual subscription. I have not used the product for a long time and do not plan to use it in the future.

    Upon realizing the charge, I have already canceled my subscription through the account management page to avoid any future renewals.

    Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for this recent renewal. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.

    Hello Yong,

    We would like to kindly inform you that at the time of purchase, there was an option to choose a lifetime license instead of an annual subscription. The annual subscription is offered at a significantly lower price as an alternative.

    Upon review, we found that your LayerSlider license is actively being used on your domain fume-vape.com, where the plugin is activated. Additionally, several premium templates have been downloaded, and the plugin has been updated to the latest version.

    Unfortunately, given these circumstances, we are unable to offer a refund for the recent renewal. Please note that we send automated reminder emails to the address provided at the time of purchase several weeks before the subscription renewal date.

    Since you have already canceled the auto-renewal, you will not be charged again next year. However, please keep in mind that if you are using premium templates or any premium features on your current domain, they will cease to function once your license expires.
