Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hi,

I've added a screenrecording of the problem. I have a large slide project with 70 slides. The 70th slide is visible on the website (empty). When I add content on this slide and save + publish it does nether of those things. It's nog visible on the website when refreshing. And if i refresh the project page the content is also disapears.

I also have added a screenshot of the LayerSlider System Status.

It simply does not save or publish. What could cause this problem?

    Pieter

    Hello Pieter,

You might be hitting a server-side limit, which could be related to PHP, Apache, or even the database. We recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider and asking them to check the server logs. They should also review settings like mod_security and other configurable limits that might be affecting your site’s functionality.

    Best Regards,
