I have used the Layer slider plugin issue for sliders in our website. But it is now causing a scrolling issue which the pages cannot be scrolled where the layer slider is used(eg: home page, community page). There is a console error showing about the layer slider on these pages. Check the atthaed screenshot. Could you please help me to fix this.
The issue seems to be caused by a conflict between the GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform) library included in the layerslider.utils.js file and the external TweenLite library that is also loaded on your website. Since both versions of GSAP are being loaded, they conflict with each other, leading to the scrolling issue and the errors visible in the browser’s console.
It looks like the conflict has been resolved for now, as the issue is no longer present on your site. Could you confirm if you managed to fix it? If not, I can provide further assistance to ensure the problem is permanently resolved.
Thank you for your response. The issue is not resolved, could you provide further assistance?
To recreate the issue you may need to look on a different machine - for example when I use my desktop with a mouse it doesn't occur, but on my laptop with a trackpad the scrolling issue happens.
Please open LayerSlider Settings and under Troubleshooting, enable Use GreenSock (GSAP) Sandboxing. This should solve your issue. You may need to clear all cache files if you are using any cache plugin.
