Please log in to our accounts portal - use the "For the new customers / reset password" field. Enter your email address you've used for the purchase. After you've logged in, please go to Purchases & Billing, select your license and click on the Manage button and then choose Update Payment Method.
Unfortunately, the VAT ID cannot be modified on invoices that have already been issued. We can apply a new VAT ID for future invoices, but previously issued ones will remain unchanged.
Sadly, the payment processor doesn't offer us any way to correct this with a credit note or something similar. As a workaround, we can update the company name on the existing invoice and add your new VAT ID alongside the old one. However, the original VAT ID will still remain on the invoice.
If this is not a good solution and you need a full correction, the only way to proceed would be to refund the subscription and repurchase a new one with your updated company details entered during checkout.
We can change the email address if you would like, but if you choose a refund, we suggest you to use the new email address for the new purchase.
If the last invoice with the old VAT number is ok and the updated billing information is only needed for future renewals, we can update it accordingly.
In this case, please send us the new VAT number along with the new email address, and we will make the necessary changes.
