Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hi there,

    We are trying to activate the new license key as the Home page is broken (update is available from 6.8.4 to 7.1.3):

    "It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from performing product activation. Please check LayerSlider -> Options -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error:"

    But no error is displayed, system status is attached. Can you assist? Thanks.

    Hello Paul,

    You can try to manually update the plugin, which involves the same process as installing the it. To do that, you must first log in to your account and download the latest version of LayerSlider. Please note that no password or registration is required; you can log in with any email address using the "Log in with email" option on the right side. Once you're in, your downloads will appear under the Downloads menu, and you can proceed with installation as outlined in this article: https://layerslider.com/documentation/#installation-wp
