Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

From the link above, note the navigation menu transition on the first slide. Once visible, it remains permanently, throughout all the slides. However, if you click the ">" button quickly, the animation never runs, so the menu is never displayed.

    Thank you for your help.

    Hello David,

The related URL says: "Access restricted." for me.

Sorry, we you must be outside America and Canada. We restrict those countries. I will remove the restriction. Will take just a minute.

Thank you. Now I can see the issue. These are static layers with delayed Opening Transition. So you have to wait them to animate in before slide change. There are two workaround to solve this issue.

    1. Remove (or set lower values of) delays
    2. Create a unique slider with popup layout type for the menu which opens automatically and remains visible (I can help you with that.)

thank you. I’ll give this a try tomorrow when I’m back in the office and either close the ticket or ask for more help.

Thank you. I just removed the animation and replaced with a quick fade in. That's good enough for me.
