From the link above, note the navigation menu transition on the first slide. Once visible, it remains permanently, throughout all the slides. However, if you click the ">" button quickly, the animation never runs, so the menu is never displayed.
Thank you. Now I can see the issue. These are static layers with delayed Opening Transition. So you have to wait them to animate in before slide change. There are two workaround to solve this issue.
1. Remove (or set lower values of) delays 2. Create a unique slider with popup layout type for the menu which opens automatically and remains visible (I can help you with that.)

Thank you. I just removed the animation and replaced with a quick fade in. That's good enough for me.
