First, I recommend you to upgrade LayerSlider to the latest version on both WordPress sites. Then, log in to WordPress' wp-admin on your old site, open LayerSlider and find the project you would like to migrate. Open the context menu in the upper right corner and choose Export. This will create a ZIP archive with all the project data. This ZIP file can be imported on your new WordPress site with the Import Project button.
