I have one of your sliders on the home page of our new art gallery website, but it disappears when I swipe up on my phone. Several people have tested this and it's happening to all of us.
I've checked your site and the slider is on a "multi view"' section. This is a special part of your slider builder and it can be configured for loadingĀ / hiding content on your website. Please do not use LayerSlider with this feature of your theme.
If you would like to have two slider (one for mobile devices and another for tablets/desktops) just create the two sliders and use the Mobile menu under Project SettingsĀ to configure the sliders by the following way:
for the "mobile " slider, please set the Hide over option to 639 fort the "desktop/tablet" slider, please set the Hide under option to 640
And simply embed both sliders to your page. LayerSlider will do the rest.
The sliders are still in "multi-view" sections. These special sections are controlled by your page builder. You should not use these responsive, multi-view sections with LayerSlider. You should embed the slider into a normal section that don't have any multi-view options.

How do I get around using that feature? I need different sized sliders on the desktop vs. a phone.

Hi,
I tried adding those hide over and hide under options to those sliders, and I'm still getting the same problem.
Can you please look at it again? Thanks.
