There is a gap between the last layer slider and the footer. I do not know how to get rid of it. I've played with the "margin" and "padding" and nothing seems to move them closer together. I want the last layer slider with the audience to overlap the footer layer slider so that it looks like the attached picture. If you resize the browser, the gap size changes drastically. Please help! I am using the WP Bakery Page Builder.
I'm not sure what causes that "gap". As I can see, after your last slider (before the footer) there are empty elements, created by Visual Composer. And the footer widget element also has a top margin. Maybe....
Thanks George. Were you going write something else? You ended it "Maybe..." What is strange, if you go to the main page www.MassExplained.com, the footer and last layer slider work perfectly. There is also a gap if you shrink your browser to see the mobile version of this one: https://www.massexplained.com/mass_explained_speaking/
https://www.massexplained.com/mass_explained_speaking/ - here is almost the same situation as well: there are elements between the sliders that cause this gap. Please check the attached screenshot. There is one more thing I realized: many of your LayerSlider parent elements (these are DIVs created by Visual Composer) have margin / padding specified and even the mobile LayerSliders are not visible in desktop mode, but these parent elements with those margins and padding remain visible.
Full width is fine. Mobile is fine. It's the intermediary sizes where it introduces that large white gap above the footer. I don't know how to get rid of it. If it is a DIV as you say, I don't know enough to remove it.
I understand but I don't know how to help you. I am not familiar with Visual Composer - I can just check the developer tools in the browser that gives me information about elements and their styles.
This page is built with various layer sliders.

On the main page, when you resize the browser from fullwidth to the mobile version, the spaces between layer sliders remains constant:

But on this one:
