    Hi there

I have just bought a license of Layerslider which I am working with years ago but I still found the same issues than with precedent versions.

What i do is to duplicate a project in order to translate the texts as I am building a site both in Spanish and English... the thing is that once I save the project what I get is an older text that I wrote ages ago for other website... It doesn't matter what I do, I always get this weird error.

I am working in local so I cannot provide a link for you to work on it. I'll try to upload the site to a temporary domain but... I wonder if in the meantime this error is something that you have already detected o heard of.

I am attaching two screen captures with "What I designed" and "What I get"

    Thanks in advance

Looking forward to hearing from you

    Hello Victor,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is George and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working towards your ticket.

Are you using Polylang? If yes, please visit Polylang's String Translation or similarly named section. LayerSlider automatically registers content in your projects when you use translation plugins, and then you need to manage the translations there. While WPML supports a "needs translation" state, therefore it's not a prominent issue there, but Polylang doesn't have this state and requires you to always keep translations up-to-date. This, sadly, comes with the issue you've just described, even if you haven't translated any slider content before.

Please visit Languages → Translations from your WordPress admin sidebar, and ensure that the corresponding layer's translations are in sync and maintained properly.

    Best Regards,
