    We're grateful that you've purchased LayerSlider. However, after careful consideration, we're unfortunately unable to refund this purchase. Our records show that you've already downloaded the product + a premium template and used your license key to activate its exclusive features on your website. Given the nature of digital goods, it's not possible to "return" them, so we are not able to provide you with a refund in this case.

    I can understand that you don’t want anyone to use your product for free and have to carefully consider every request because your product is valuable and the professionals working to keep the best quality.

    However I have already unregistered the product from my hosting which will be also removed now and can assure that your product won’t be used in any way. 

    I use different services to build websites for my clients and always using the genius and original tools trying something different every time. But sometimes my clients change their mind when the job is almost finished and prepayment not always covers all the investments. 

    I would kindly ask you again to cancel the purchase if possible as your product hasn’t been used although I clearly understand your policy.

    I appreciate your correct answer and attitude.

    As requested, I've processed a full refund for the renewal charge and made sure the related subscription is canceled. It can take up to 3-5 business days for the transaction to complete.

    Please note, that FastSpring always sends a notification email before the subscription is extended and the automatic payment.
