None of our layer slider slideshows have layers... they're just simple image slideshows. All are set to Slideshow > Slideshow Behavior > Pause on Hover > Pause Slideshow
That works fine on desktop and laptop. However, on tablets and phone, when the image is touched - say to enlarge it - the slideshow does not pause as expected. Which can be frustrating if you're trying to focus in on an image and explain something, and the image slides away.
No, you are right, it does not work. I've talked to the developers and they recommend you to enable the slideshow start/stop buttons and tap to stop if you would like to stop/pause the slideshow on mobile devices.

On some mobile devices, it may not be enough to tap the image once to stop the slideshow, but two consecutive taps are required.
