Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I am having an error connecting to the server.
Initially it lets me save the changes to the template correctly.
But when I copy the same slide 3 times or add an image from the layer menu 2 or 3 times in differente slides, then it no longer allows saving.

Hi Victor,
Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is John, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working toward your ticket.
Problems like this are usually caused by configuration issues with web servers such as Apache or Nginx. I'd recommend contacting your web hosting company to look into this since only they can adjust these settings. Since you can initially save your project, the issue seems to occur as your project grows and reaches a certain limit. That limit can be anything from used memory to the amount of data sent with a request.
Web server modules like mod_security and other content-filtering solutions might be in place and block requests based on some criteria, like the request body size. That means that your web server automatically rejects requests without consideration because you send more data than they are willing to accept.
As mentioned, only the web host has the necessary tools to properly debug and make the needed adjustments, so please forward the details to them. They should be able to resolve this quickly and easily.
Best Regards,
John | Kreatura Dev Team
Problem solved as you said.
The Web host changed the config.
Regards!
