Our client would very much like to implement a slider like the one at the https://www.beasleyallen.com/ homepage. Scroll through blogposts, with an option to advance to the next via the previews at right. We are not having any luck building it. Are there any existing projects or templates that could give us a head start?

You can create almost the same slider by using dynamic layers.
Please open the project in the editor, select a dynamic layer, and press the Configure post options button. In the modal window opened, please ensure the selected filters are configured properly and matching posts are found.
The only exception is that you cannot add dynamic content from more different blogposts into the same slide of the slider, so - unfortunately - creating a dynamic menu with the title of the latest four blogposts is not possible in the current version.
