Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I just paid for LayerSlider license but Wordpress cannot install it because of this error:

An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. If this error persist, it’s most likely a web server configuration issue. Please contact your web host and ask them to allow external connection to the following domain: repository.kreaturamedia.com.

And when I check that address can see that is not working!   (Forbidden)

    https://repository.kreaturamedia.com/

Please explain or refund the money

    Hi Reymi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us. My name is George, and I'm happy to assist you today. I appreciate your patience while we've been working toward your ticket.

Issues like this are almost always a web server configuration problem. Your hosting company might not allow external connections. In that case, only they can solve this issue by allowing external connections or whitelisting our domain, so I'd recommend contacting them. We use the following domain name for license registration and online services: repository.kreaturamedia.com

I'd also recommend checking LayerSlider's System Status to identify potential problems. If the "WP Remote Functions" row is showing an error, it's almost certainly the issue described above.

    Best Regards,

As you can see in the screenshots we tested that connection from 3 different countries  ( USA, Argentina and Germany) and your server gives the same 403 error.   Sorry but that address is not been banned from our servers nor our hosting supplier.

    Please refund the money.

    Reymi,

That address cannot be accessed from your browser, this is exactly how it should work. Our repository is there to serve our users with updates, but the connection is made via SSL and nothing will happen by directly entering the web address.

LayerSlider used on millions of websites without a problem (they can perform license registration and install updates). Similar cases in the past have always been caused by web server configuration issues which your web host can easily fix on their end.

To make extra sure, if you can provide your server's IP address, I can check it on our firewall to make sure your server can connect without any issues.

    Best Regards,

As I can see, your hosting is GoDaddy.
I can confirm, that this IP is not blacklisted on our server.

Could you check LayerSlider's System Status ? If the "WP Remote Functions" row is showing an error, it's almost certainly the issue described in my first reply.
