There is only one slider in that page and Hide on Mobile option is not enabled for that slider. Are you sure that you've modified the right slider? If the answer is yes, this should be a caching issue. If you are using any cache plugins, please make sure to purge/clear all the cache files.
I have the publish settings to force showing on mobile (i think?), but it's just not.
