Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hello, I have a problem. I've made a layer slider section with pop-ups that open when a button is clicked.
My problem is that on mobile, once the pop-up is open, I can't close it, the cross doesn't appear.
It appears on the browser when I minimize the window, but not when I really test on mobile. So I have to click on back and leave the site.
This is terrible for my conversion rate.
Please help me solve this problem, thank you in advance.

Hello Thibaut,
I recommend you to disable the default close button. Instead of that, create an icon layer with an X sign and set the layer action to close the popup.

OK great idea. It's work. Thank you so much.
I have another question about the pop-up.
I want to display a contact form on a pop-up. How can I extract a short code from a contact form made with wordpress and integrate it into a LayserSlider pop-up?
Thanks in advance
You can create the form with the 3rd party plugin, and put the shortcode into a HTML layer. LayerSlider will interpret the shortcode and so, the contact form should work inside the slider.
