Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

For the header of our German Sherpa Website we included a wave.

On mobile screen this wave is not on the bottom but in the center of the picture / video

    Hello Marcel,

Please make sure, that your Shape layer with the wave is calculating its positions from the screen (and not from the project) - as you can see in the screenshot, plus please set the top position to 100%This should solve your issue.

Hello George - thanks for this answer - that solved the issue.

The wave is now "in place" and I also managed to set a proper grey overlay over the pictures and videos.

But I realize that the layer slider still has some other problems:

The logo in all my layersliders is shown on desktop but not on mobile (there is just a frame box with a blue question mark)

And the hight of the pictures / videos should be limited to 3/4 of total.

tried a lot but did not find solution myself.

    Hello Marcel,

What is the file type of your logo? Because it has a double extension (.jpg.png) - maybe the mobile browser doesn't recognize it properly.

If you are using background videos, it is always fills the whole sliders. Normal video layers can have custom sizes (for example, 100% with and 75% height).
