Hi :) I've purchase the plugin and I have my activation key. Before, I bought the licence, I could see some options for my home layer slider, but after I've purchase and activated the latest version, now I can only see these big icons, some text, images, but no options.
So now, I'm stuck in my site making, because I canot change anything in the layer slider which is very unpleasant. I've search in your helping section to see anything helpful, but no. I've tryed to uninstall and install back, leave my account and come back, and I only see this (screen capture below) Thanks for your help, have a good day

Please always purge/clear all cache files in your cache plugins after updating LayerSlider. Some cache plugins are caching also the wp-admin interface. We are trying to manage this automatically, but unfortunately in some cases you should do this manually.
