I've checked your site and found that a DIV element with ID="cmsmasters_heading_dnk7kxgap" has -270px negative top margin property which causes this element to be placed above the slider. That's why you cannot click on the bottom navigation. Please set that margin for example to -200px in your theme builder - that will fix this issue.
