Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I purchased the Avada theme several years ago for some of the websites I build, and it came with a pre-bundled version of LayerSlider. Earlier today I purchased the 3-website license for LayerSlider so I can some new sliders to our website at www.WinstonHB.com. However, all I am getting when I try to access any of the sliders - existing ones or new ones - is a screen with a colorful spinning graphic. It never goes past that screen. Please help me out and get my LayerSlider back to working like it is supposed to! Thank you!

    Hello Kevin,

These issues are often related to the database, so you should try to update the database under system status. Please see the attached screenshots.

Thank you George - I did do that but I continue to have the same issue. I have attached a screenshot of what I am seeing on my end. The colorful graphic in the middle of the screen just spins endlessly. It never advances past this screen to a point where I can edit any existing sliders or create any new sliders.

Please create me a temporary wp-admin access with admin role. I would like to check the backend of your site, maybe I can find something.

Okay - I will do so shortly. Give me a few minutes and I will set it up. Do you have an email address I can create the admin role with?
