I updated the php version on the server but had to downgrade again, because of some incompatible plugin. Since that day, all the videos on different pages are not starting to play anymore. Does it have something to do with the php issue or maybe not? Could you please help to fix it?
As I can see, you are using a plugin or maybe a theme setting which is trying to lazy-load the videos on your site - including videos in LayerSlider. Please disable this plugin/setting because it is breaking the built-in lazy load feature of LayerSlider.

fantastic, thank you very much. I found a setting in Breeze and disabled it. Breeze is the cache plugin provided by Cloudways. Problem solved!
