    I did not get what I expected from the LayerSlider7 . I find many problems with it, not worth the premium subscription for me. I would like a refund.

    As I can see, you've used the license key to update LayerSlider to the latest version and you are still using the activated version of the plugin on your site. I'm sorry, but in this case, I cannot give you a refund.

    What do you mean? Just because I didn't deleted the slider? Don't even use any premium features, everything is up from layerslider is the free version for me. Ofc the license key is used becuase I bought the premium version but I realised that it's not worth for me.

    I ask you again to cancel my purchase and refund my money.
